KINDr Terms of Use

Definitions

In these Terms of Use, the following expressions have the corresponding meanings:

• "Claim" means any claim, demand, liability, action, or cost incurred by or against the person, however arising.
• "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to Kindr (كيندر), operating the application and website.
• "You" or "Your" means the user, consumer, client, or member engaging with our Services.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identifiable natural person, including special categories like religious beliefs.
• "Paid Services" means the premium subscription facilities made available for fee-paying members holding a valid subscription.
• "Service" means the matrimonial information and matching facilities provided via the Kindr app/website.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Contact

• 1.1 Acceptance: Use of this application is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By registering or continuing to use Kindr, you accept these terms.

2. Membership & Eligibility

• 2.1 Eligibility: You must be over 18 years of age to register as a member of Kindr. By using the app, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• 2.2 Core Data Locking: To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, core identity fields such as Gender (الجنس) and Religion (الديانة) are permanently locked after initial onboarding and cannot be modified.
• 2.3 Criminal Background & Zero Tolerance: You warrant that you have not been convicted of a felony or a sexual offense. Kindr maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any fraudulent behavior.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires a valid subscription billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or US Dollars (USD) via a secure payment gateway. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through account settings prior to the renewal date.

4. Use of the Service & User Responsibilities

• 4.1 Own Risk: Your use of Kindr is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
• 4.2 Accurate Information & Photos: Photos supplied must be recent, respectful, modest, contain no nudity, and feature only you (maximum 3 photos, minimum 1 photo).
• 4.3 Negative Covenants: You agree not to use Kindr for non-matrimonial purposes, harassment, commercial solicitation, or transmitting false information.

5. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE / CSAM)

Kindr takes child safety extremely seriously. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any violation will result in immediate account termination, deletion of content, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• Kindr is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not conduct mandatory background criminal checks on all users; therefore, you must exercise personal caution when interacting or meeting in person.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved through competent local authorities.
